PCS Control Software - Enterprise Capabilities
The PCS Control Software package now includes several compelling Enterprise-Level Capabilities. These features provide the capability to integrate all Machine and Run Data from Machines located through out your Network/Enterprise.

PCS Enterprise Database Server
The PCS Enterprise Database Server is a SQL Database that runs on its own server and is used to integrate all Machine and Run Data located through out your Enterprise. All local SQL Databases located at each Machine (As pictured below) are replicated to the main Enterprise Database Server. As information in the local SQL Database is changed or as Runs are completed, the updated information is transferred to the Enterprise Database Server. This results in a database containing all Machine and Run Data. The Enterprise Database provides the following benefits:

• Automatic Backup of all Run Data
• Single Database from which to Run Reports
• Enables Part Search and Analysis across all Runs on all Machines
• Scalable solution when your Machine base increases

PCS Enterprise Web Reports Server
The PCS Enterprise Web Reports Server is a Web Server that implements a series of Web Pages providing access to all Reports through a standard HTML Browser. The Web Reports Servers provides the following features and benefits:

• Access Machine and Run Data from any Computer on your network
• Search Run and Part Data across all Machines
• Generate Dynamic Tabular Run Data Reports
• Generate Dynamic Graphical Data Reports
• Generate Dynamic XML files detailing Run and Machine Data, these XML files enable easy migration of the Run Data to other systems or data stores
• Provides On-Line Reports accessible over the internet (Firewall and Routing issues apply)
• Only need an HTML 4.0 Compatible Browser on the client computer
• Works on all major Browsers on all supported platforms
