Control Systems
WPT Control Systems are designed to monitor and control several different types of machinery including Autoclaves, Ovens, Presses, Boilers and many others.

A typical WPT Control System (shown at right) consists of the following components:

  • Control Console
  • Allen Bradley PLC for Machine Control and data acquisition
  • Panel Mate touch screen system for PLC interface
  • HP/Agilent data acquisition units for monitoring sensors (Many different DACUs are supported)
  • Windows NT/2000/XP PC running PCS Control Software for precise control of manufacturing process
